点评：Fantastic experience. The staff at reception were so welcoming. Alice out tour guide was amazing. Very knowledgeable and witty whilst giving insight into her own gin preferences. So much packed into 75 minutes. A history of Edinburgh Gin, a visit to the flavour arch. To the stunning copper stills and an impromptu meeting with Dave the master distiller (thanks for making Cannonball)
To the main event of gin and chocolate tasting in the Rhubarb room where your were taken on a journey of smells and flavours of gin and artisan chocolate chosen to compliment each style.
The whole aesthetics of the distillery is just amazing.
Visited the rooftop bar for cocktails after the tour where the staff were so good at showcasing Edinburgh Gin.
