Sandy beach with nice cafe
Zaglav Beach的点评
点评：It’s a lovely sand beach, tucked into a curved bay and made extra special by a really great restaurant to the side and slightly above… so it has gorgeous views.
Unusually for Vis, the beach is soft golden sand and extends right into the water so it’s a great place to go with small children. There are very few places to sit in the shade, however, so it’s best to take a parasol, or take advantage of the lovely café/restaurant called Zoglov ( local dialect for Zaglav)
We have been going to Vis for many years so we can verify that occasionally the sea conditions do cause rubbish to be washed up on the beach so you can be unlucky but generally the beach is clean.
To get there, you have to walk a path which starts from the far side of Milna Beach and follows the line of the shore along to Zaglav Bay. It is an easy walk, though obviously it can be hot in the sun. It takes 12 minutes to reach the café… 13 minutes to reach the beach (normal pace, couple in their 70s, so ignore some of the other wild suggestions about it taking two minutes or 20 minutes!)
