Still Waiting for Payment – Caution with This Seller

点评：We found out about Umut Arabul’s shop and services through social media and at first, he seemed trustworthy. We agreed to sell him our old but valuable family furniture. Although we offered him a fair amount, he insisted on lowering the price. We accepted his offer, thinking he would take good care of these pieces that are very dear to us.
After the furniture was moved to his shop, he told us he would pay us on Monday (the deal was made on a Sunday). Unfortunately, we never received any payment. Despite months of trying to reach him, we only got one message saying he had undergone an operation. We understood and gave him time, but still, no payment came, and since then he has stopped responding to our calls altogether. It feels like he has completely disappeared.
If anyone visits his store or manages to get in touch with him, please let him know that we are still waiting for the payment he promised. This has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience, and I hope others can be cautious before making any agreements.
