Retford & Gainsborough Garden Centre的点评
点评：Arrived just before noon last Sunday. Chose a table and placed our order at 11:59 according to the receipt. Tuna/mayo + egg/mayo + a slice of gateau and two cold drinks.
The drinks and the cake arrived within a few minutes but no sign of the sandwiches.
After 30 minutes we spoke to a member of staff (who we're guessing wasn't front of house due to wearing a hair net) and explained the problem.
He apologised - which was good and said he's find out what was going on.
He returned a few moments later and informed us that there had been a problem and that our order would be with us in 5 minutes.
15 minutes later our sanwiches arrived!
Unfortunately that wasn't the end of it. My wife's egg/mayo was 95% mayo and 5% egg - so basically a mayonaise sandwich.
I contacted their customer complaints department the following morning - the reponse was not very reassuring especially in light of the other reviews on this site about this garden centre and others owned by the same group.
We won't be going back.
