No Booking System & Mayhem …..

点评：In what might be a short stint for us as a family in Glasgow, we’ve made a real point of trying out as many soft plays as possible, before we leave. With a five and a one year old, it’s a perfect way of burning off some of their steam in a safe, playful environment. Unfortunately, this was our first negative experience of a soft play.
Worryingly, there was no booking system in place and being the weekend, we turned up with a real doubt of how busy it was going to be. It was ridiculously busy and in my opinion, too many people were inside. Only one member of staff was allocated to the front desk (with very limited assistance) and she was writing surnames down on a piece of paper in the order that they arrived. We all waited in what could only be described as a holding pen - claustrophobic, full of impatient families (us included) and next to no seating.
In the middle of all of this, families were entering and leaving from a Birthday party and this caused further confusion amongst staff. When we got beyond the waiting area, it was just pure mayhem! At no point did we feel safe - it was definitely far too dangerous for our five year old. The bouncy castle was a no go as again, there were 10-15 children on at one time, with no supervision or staffing.
The infants area was absolutely fine and supervised, very much a saving grace. My wife stayed in here with our youngest. The main soft play was in a good condition and the equipment itself was safe, but for me it wasn’t as exciting as many of the competitors. My eldest couldn’t enjoy it however, as previously mentioned, due to the amount of people on it. We managed to order two Coffees during our visit - no issues with these.
After a minimal 30 minutes, we decided to knock it on the head. A wasted afternoon, wasted finances and for us, we’ll not walk through those doors again.

婴儿区完全没问题，而且有人看管，这真是个救命稻草。我妻子带着最小的孩子待在这里。主要的软体游乐区状况良好，设备本身也很安全，但对我来说，它不如其他许多竞争对手的游乐区刺激。不过，正如前面提到的，我的大儿子玩得不尽兴，因为那里人太多了。我们玩的时候设法点了两杯咖啡——没问题。
玩了短短30分钟后，我们决定彻底放弃。浪费了一个下午，浪费了钱，对我们来说，以后再也不会踏进那家店了。
