bad equipment, totally overpriced
Cranleigh Leisure Centre的点评
点评：- Very poor equipment at the gym, should easily be able to pay for better quality equipment given the high fees.
- Extremely high fees with no way to say 'I just want to use the gym, not the swimming area or classes' - 39.99 a month is extortionate given the quality of the gym. For this money one can find a very good quality gym a town away in Guildford, with very well trained PT's.
- Very confusing signing up stipulations (I have cancelled my membership, but had to pay an extra month in advance - on joining - and then pay the last month - even though I wasn't attending & no longer wanted to be a member). This is sold as 'you still get two extra months even though you've left' - but this is clearly not what a customer wants if they leave. 80 quid wasted on services I won't use, during a period where money is tight for lots of people. Feels a bit sneaky/dishonest & a way to keep payments coming in when there's a high turnover of customers who are dissatisfied with the service.
- Toilets smell of urine in the male changing rooms (poor hygiene).
- The gym is very small & there's too many members for the actual size of the area.
- Often waiting for equipment which isn't wiped down by people using the equipment (sweat, etc. on equipment).
- Equipment broken, handles messed up, very old equipment.
All in all poor, overpriced & in my view, slightly dishonest/ unfair membership stipulations that weren't well explained at signing up. The experience is a poor one for the price, and I believe the leisure centre relies on the fact it's the only local area, and stipulations at joining to maintain funding (for what, because the equipment's ancient).

- 器械损坏，把手变形，而且非常老旧。
总而言之，这家健身房体验很差，价格过高，而且在我看来，会员条款略有不诚实/不公平，在注册时也没有解释清楚。就这个价格而言，体验实在糟糕。我认为这家休闲中心之所以能维持运营，是因为它位于当地唯一一家健身房，并且设置了各种会员条款（但这些条款又有什么意义呢？因为这些器械都太老旧了）。
