点评：Mario was our driver, and he picked us up from the ship at 9:45 AM. From the moment we met him, he was absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, patient, and extremely helpful.
We were a group of nine people traveling with about 15 suitcases, and Mario helped us load and unload everything without any issue.
What really impressed us was his patience and willingness to help. One of the couples traveling with us realized they had forgotten their laptop on the ship, so Mario immediately drove us back. About five minutes later, the same couple realized they had also forgotten a bag on the ship! Mario turned around and drove us back to the ship a second time, without a single complaint and always with a big, genuine smile.
Nothing seemed to bother him, and he went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and comfortable.
I highly recommend both Mario and this company. The service was excellent, professional, reliable, and very reasonably priced. Mario made what could have been a stressful transfer easy and enjoyable.
Thank you, Mario, for your patience, kindness, and outstanding service. We are using Mario again to take us from our hotel in Rome to the Airport.. highly recommend this company
