I was then welcomed aboard by a friendly, exceptionally knowledgeable pilot whose passion for the region made the journey even more memorable.
They arranged for me to join another group on an early‑morning flight the following day, and it turned out to be one of the most remarkable flights I’ve ever taken. The landscape is soul‑stirring — a powerful reminder of the beauty and vastness of this extraordinary country.
