点评："I am a medical doctor and a frequent world traveler (over 100 countries), but I have never witnessed such unprofessionalism as I did at SCC. While visiting with my wife and our small pet (secured in a backpack according to local laws), we were harassed by security staff.
One officer was physically aggressive and tried to push me, while another, upon hearing I am a Bulgarian citizen, repeatedly shouted 'F* Bulgari'** in a disgusting display of xenophobia and hate speech. This is not only a breach of professional conduct but a criminal act of verbal and physical assault.
It is a shame that such a modern facility employs individuals who lack basic human decency and suffer from clear psychological instability. If you are a tourist or a foreigner, be careful—this mall does not respect human rights, let alone animal rights. I am taking legal and diplomatic steps. Avoid this place until they clean up their staff."
