点评：I honestly can't believe I'd never been to the Llano Estacado Winery before. We booked the winery tour on a whim while visiting Lubbock, and it ended up being the highlight of our entire trip!
The tour was fascinating - you really get to see the history of Texas wine come alive. Did you know these guys basically built the whole industry here? Walking through the production areas and hearing how the wines are made gave me a whole new appreciation for what goes into every bottle. You can tell everyone here genuinely loves what they do.
The tasting was even better than I expected. There was something for everyone, from sweet red to dry, high end, delicious wines I'd be proud to serve to the Pope himself! The staff made the experience fun, approachable, and never intimidating.
If you're anywhere near Lubbock, this is an absolute must-stop. Llano Estacado delivers an experience that's warm, authentic, and uniquely Texan. We left with several bottles, a lot of great memories, and we're already planning our next visit.
