The complete package is the most expensive. Unless you really want to see it all, I think the best option is the one that includes de Tower, the permanent exhibition and the chapel. That allows you to se the most relevant of the place and you will need at least 2 hrs to walk through it.
The museum collection is very interesting. The displays are good but if you want to read it all, then you should be prepared to be there the whole day.
If you have religious interest you can opt to visit the chapel only. They have printed information in English in the chapel. This will help you to understand the byzantine paintings.
If you just want to go to the tower it is also possible. This is a great sightseeing spot, so i recommend it in a nice day. This ticket would allow you to be inside the castle and take pictures from the central patio.
