点评：John has an absolute gift. The menu he put together for my mum for her 60th birthday party left us drooling for the days leading up to the event. Every plate was perfection. The presentation, the food quality and the knowledge behind every dish were second to none. John is so charismatic and had everyone in awe of his cooking skills and hilarious stories of his days as a chef in the many extravagant hotels of London. The atmosphere John and Hazel are able to create on the night is indescribable with the girls up dancing to ‘The Hustle’ one minute, and all well behaved around the table eating an amuse-bouche the next. A night at The Devils Menu is the perfect combination of exquisite food and relaxed atmosphere and you would be crazy to miss it should you find yourself in Graiguenamanagh. John I can’t thank you enough - you have made my mum’s 60th a night to remember <3
