Yet another brilliant holiday
Kingslakes Holiday Cottages的点评
点评：What a load of rubbish from bos a-d although I can't comment on the refund policy i can comment on the rest of the review and say that it is an insult to both the owners and all of the extremely hard working and very friendly staff who will all go out of their way to ensure you have the best holiday possible
We have been enjoying 3 holidays annually at kingslake for the past 5 years and have already booked the same for 2026 and all the staff are regarded as friends now
To put things right firstly if you take the time to read the information book in every accommodation you would see it states any damage or repair required inform reception and through personal experience it's dealt with quickly
As for fishing everyone fishing in the UK requires a licence by law regardless of whether public or private and you generally return fish caught to the water unless fishing for trout salmon etc
We have stayed in the quoted accommodation and apart from the occasional budgie call we didn't hear the reported noise
The fishing at kingslake is probably some of the best in the country, The grounds are immaculate and the accommodation is of the highest level and to top it off the restaurant has incredible food provided by the chef Tim and managed by everyone's favourite barman Jeff
Andrew and Rich have done an incredible amount of work during the winter building over 60 new platforms working on the 2 new lakes and maintaining the grounds and accommodation
We must also mention Nicky always happy extremely friendly and very hard working
We are counting weeks until September and our next visit to kingslake and thoroughly recommend you visiting there, It isn't expensive and with good accommodation good food good fishing and excellent service give it a try you won't regret it
