Bannatyne Health Club & Spa的点评
点评：Not long come back from a lovely Spa day at Bannatyne Health Club & Spa, Solihull. Went to the reception and was greeted by 2 bubbly, helpful, smiling young ladies, Lydia and Scarlett. These 2 young ladies were fantastic, fantastic customer service, very helpful and kind. They made you feel welcome and good. I had a few queries and these 2 ladies were understanding, helpful and kind.
Then I had my massage with Chloe, again she was kind, helpful, understanding and very informative on the products she was using on my skin, especially on my face. She was gentle, told me what she was going to do next. She was interactive with me, asking questions on my skin and skincare and gave me some good advice on having a healthy complex. We also had some lunch and the Catering staff were again very helpful caring and understanding.
This was the first time we came to this Spa and it was a fantastic experience with fantastic, helpful, happy, beautiful people. And it's these people that make it a fantastic experience. Thankyou, Lydia, Scarlett and Chloe for being beautiful young ladies with a beautiful heart that shows on the outside through your actions and professional behaviour.
