Elemis 50 minute treatment spa morning

点评：I was kindly gifted a voucher for an Elemis treatment, which I’d booked at the bannatynes in Solihull. Upon arrival there’s ample parking and clear signage, the front of house staff were great in clear guidance and information. I’d chosen to get the robe and spa bag etc rather than bring my own, and the robe felt soft and fluffy and towels were clean.
The changing rooms were very presentable however my only negative was potential lack of regular cleaning throughout the day as there was hair in various places in the women’s changing rooms.
The actual spa is quaint but very adequate, it smells divine and is again well signposted. Staff were very friendly however did see to congregate which felt a little intimidating and like they had not much else to do / not many bookings.
The actual treatment however was incredible, I’d had the Elemis 50 mins of treatment for facial, Swedish scalp, back and shoulder neck massage which was divine! My therapist was brilliant so kudos here.
Post this I had full use of gym facilities including sauna and steam room, spa pool though be warned it is a 4 ish person max jacuzzi that’s luke warm. But generally for a spa morning it was lovely.
