Bannatyne Health Club & Spa - Chafford Hundred的点评
点评：Our first visit to a bannatyne spa today & too be honest i would not return.
Problems with the systems for booking in etc
Staff were absolutely lovely and that was the best part of the visit
Facilities were clean but average, i would say its more like a leisure center than spa vibe but the relaxation room is lovely.
We booked a 2 treatment package online for 2 people where it gives you the options of one 60min treatment & one 30min treatment. Once in the treatment room we were informed our second treatment couldn’t be carried out, both given different reasons which should of been disclosed on arrival so we had the option to change our treatment selection.
The therapist was nice however we both left dissatisfied with our treatments, on our return to change we realized our treatment time had also been cut short, so would not recommend / return
