点评:My husband and I had the privilege to take a personal Cooking Class with Chef Ryan. He and his wonderful wife Debora who we had spent the previous day with exploring Tuscany, graciously welcomed us into their lovely centuries old home. When we arrived, the kitchen was all prepped for us. After giving an overview that the menu was going to be a traditional four course Tuscan Sunday lunch, we were ready to begin our cooking experience. Ryan is very personable and made the evening so fun. His passion for cooking is evident as he shares his expertise in a very detailed but relaxed manner. He has lots of helpful culinary tips. There was lots of laughter, conversation and glasses of wine as we worked together in the kitchen. Watching Chef Ryan grill the steak over an open fire in the fireplace was so impressive. We were served this amazing meal that he helped us prepare in their candlelit dining room. At the end of the evening, we enjoyed sitting around the table with Ryan and Debora, like we were old friends drinking a glass of his delicious homemade Limoncello. This experience was a highlight of our trip to Italy.
