Clyde Butcher's Big Cypress Gallery的点评
点评：One of the must see stops along the Tamiami Trail between Naples and Miami is Clyde Butcher's Gallery. Mr Butcher is a world renowned and enjoyed nature photographer.
The Big Cypress Gallery is almost halfway between Miami and Naples. There is a nature walk attached to the facility. When I arrived the first time last year there was a 12 foot alligator occupying one side of the parking lot entrance, close to a sign board that said "Don't Feed the Alligators!"
Inside the gallery is a collection of Mr Butchers photography, most are stunningly beautiful and iconic. Various size photos and prints are available for purchase. As well there are hats, greeting cards, t shirts, books, all sorts of Clyde Butcher and Everglades themed items.
A perfect remembrance of this intriguing gallery and Mr Butcher's iconic and beautiful photographic artworks.
No charge to look around and browse. The staff are very friendly, just don't feed the alligators please and thank you!
