点评:While staying in Brighton we headed off to Hove beach as my older wife had sprinkled the remains of her second husband there (post mortem).
It wasn’t his final wish but towards the end of the relationship their communication was quite poor and it remained unclear as to where he wanted his final resting place to be.
Some 10 years later, and with her young spritely partner (me)we headed off for a trip down memory lane .
Unfortunately, owing to some weight gain through medication she pressed the wrong letters on the satnav and wind up on hive Beach
We now realise this is part of Chessel. I’ve had a lovely time but for obvious reasons there was no sign of the remains of her husband.
I should’ve seen that there was inaccuracy in the data when the journey time was 2 1/2 hours from Brighton not the anticipated 26 minutes to Hove Beach
Anyway, we look back and laugh and a lovely day was hard by all .
Car parking was large and open air and the wheelie bins were large and open air also. Autumn tides clearly created attention on the beach and one had to be vigilant but if you don’t respect the sea, you’re not not respecting yourself.
