Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Time

点评：I visited At the Top – Burj Khalifa on January 15th and purchased my ticket online for the 17:00–17:30 timeslot. I arrived at 16:45, expecting that booking in advance would save time. Unfortunately, it offered no advantage at all — online ticket holders are placed in the exact same queue as people buying tickets on-site.
It took around 1 hour and 30 minutes just to reach levels 124 and 125. I specifically chose this timeslot, which is more expensive, to enjoy the sunset from the top. Instead, most of that time was spent standing in line.
Coming down also required waiting in another queue, which took an additional 25 minutes.
Overall, the waiting times are unreasonable for an experience for an experien e that as a higher price for that slot. Go during the day or at night. At the very least, visitors should be clearly informed in advance that the queues can take this long. The lack of transparency and poor queue management made the visit far less enjoyable than expected.
