点评：We took a whole day trip with See Orkney last week. It was the best day of our holiday and we would strongly recommend it to all. Our day trip took in the ancient sites of Orkney: Skara Brae, Ring of Brogdar, Maes Howe, Stones of Stenness, Broch of Gurness. Every site was worth the visit and was well explained by our brilliant guide Carrie. We parked close to each monument and so only had short walks, this meant that even the less mobile of our group got to see everything. As we drove around Orkney, Carrie also talked us through modern life on the island and recent history, including Orkneys contribution to both World Wars. Her family has lived on the islands for generations and so her insights were real and detailed. Booking was very easy and we were picked up and dropped off at the cruise terminal. We also stopped for lunch at Orkney Brewery and enjoyed a mix of local and international food along with some very tasty drinks.
