点评：If you're only going to see one stone fort in Ireland, see this one... We drove up during a powerful storm early in the morning and ended up having the place to ourselves which was wonderful. There is ample parking and I believe the site is actually on private property. There is an "honor" box where you can drop the entrance fee of a couple of Euros, so make sure you have some coin. There's a little creek that you cross to get to the fort too and it is decorated with statues of fairies which gave the whole morning a fantastical feeling. I would suggest some more sturdy shoes for the walk which is probably not quite 5 minutes, but there are/were slippery rocks along the way, and of course if you want to climb one of the walls for the view. Speaking of which- the view is incredible. Soooo- don't miss on the Ring of Kerry!
