点评:Please don't make the mistake i and many other have. I purchased a voucher for a combined boat and get ski licence via Groupon. In order to book your course in you have to call the company, when i called they don't answer and advise you for anything urgent to email and they will contact you. No response via email so I decided to call again In the evening. I managed to speak to someone who told me there was availability for Sunday 10 November. They requested my Groupon security code but seem to be purposely repeating the code back to me incorrectly. I was told I would be emailed a link to complete my online training as required before you attend. 24 hours passed by and no email was sent, the email I sent was also not responded to. I decided to call again. After calling 8 times they finally answered. I explain I hadn't yet received my email maria (manager) asked for my name I told her and she said yes it was sent yesterday. I said :well I haven't got it." Then silence I waited 10 seconds or so for a response and got none so I said " perhaps there was a miscommunication with my email address?" She repeated my email back to me and assured me she would re send the email. After wait a few hours I started feeling suspiciously as it's 2024 and email should be basically instant. I started doing some snooping and found on all platforms (Facebook,Groupon, google, ect.) That though they had 5 star reviews the 1 stars reviews i started reading were basically horror story's of dissapointed family's and individual who had, had there trips rescheduled with no notice, had requested refunds and being told that they were sent and it's up to their bank. Many people reported having terrible dealing with maria herself In person. Honestly the list just goes on and on! At this point I'm certain that their plan was to make it impossible for me to actually book the test and in return pocking the money from my voucher($350) for themselves.
