点评：Where do I even begin?! My family and I have been to this business before in the past (I am having gone go kart racing here as a teenager) and never had a problem until our most recent trip to this place. We arrived about an hour before close and wanted to play mini golf. The gal working behind the counter was extremely nice, at first and assured us that we had more than enough time to play before they closed. All was well until we hit hole 15. I took a hard fall and wound up forfeiting the rest of the game. The area for a group of five of us to stand was narrow, and, they had signs up saying to keep off the grass. But, where else would we stand?!? My family was trying to finish quick, as the sprinkler system kicked on. After playing the last hole, they had two options to get out of there. Get drenched or climb over some ropes to get to the back door. We all opted for the latter. My, being already hurt had to climb over this set of ropes. My husband, who wears a prosthetic leg had a difficult time climbing over. Upon returning our clubs back to the same nice gal behind the counter, I informed her of my fall and that I needed to use the bathroom to check to see I was okay. She told me that they were closed, and she just cleaned the bathroom, so I couldn't use it. I pleaded with her, and she insisted that I couldn't use it. I was pissed. Unbelievable!!! The pain that I suffered on that course, landed me a two-hour trip to the local ER. I am never returning to this business. It is sad to learn that it is Veteran owned, when I come from an extensive military family. What a shame!!!! If I could give you a negative 100 I would. What happened to having excellent customer service??1
