点评：I was disappointed with my recent Gold Class experience and unfortunately did not feel it reflected the premium standard expected for the price.
The wine we wanted was unavailable when ordering, and the service at the counter felt quite rushed. It seemed as though the staff may have been under pressure or short-staffed, which affected the overall experience.
The food was also underwhelming. The corn chips and guacamole were particularly disappointing, as the portion of guacamole provided was extremely small and not really enough to enjoy with the chips!! The sweet potato fries were served cold, although the spring rolls were enjoyable.
The seating itself was comfortable, which was a positive, but the cinema volume could have been higher, as it was easy to hear other patrons talking during the movie.
Overall, I sadly did not feel the experience was worth the $40 per ticket, especially with the food being quite overpriced for the quality and portion sizes provided. Gold Class has always been something I associated with a more elevated experience, but on this occasion it felt like the standard has declined. I would be hesitant to return based on this visit.
