Don’t bother and save your money.

点评：Went with family today and what a rip off! Turn up for opening time to find the park shut due to a manager death. No advertising of the delayed opening but there’re happy to still charge full price for tickets. What makes it worse was the mouse rollercoaster was an extra £4 a car each time. Absolutely farcical. The staff had a cheek to moan on their radios customers were complaining as if they were somehow inconvenienced, staff were as much use as a chocolate fire guard!!!
The lack of rides for younger children was a disgrace for ‘Scotland’s number 1 theme park’ but again, happy to charge a small fortune for them to enter.
I was further enraged at the fact there is NO changing facilities for disabled people. You get offered a baby room which is small, bogging and unhygienic. Again, sadly the staff could not care less. Absolute farce of a company. Save your money and go to a real theme park further afield.
Lastly, their soft play policy states only parents who are 18 can enter the soft play, so if your relying on a elder sibling to support, or your a parent under 18 they won’t let you in. What numpty writes their policies
