A miserable existence for creatures who deserve more - improvements need to be made

This doesn’t even deserve one star!
The saddest part was one lone bear who paced up and down its very small enclosure. It was clearly struggling with its mental health, isolation and lack of space and things to explore.
Lions wandering back and forth in an undersized enclosure with nothing else to do. They also had a very small closed off concrete room for them to sit under the viewing platform.
A lot of the animals seemed downtrodden and depressed .
Some animals such as geese and goats had no room to roam at all!
I had to leave one section as thick smoke stung my child’s eyes and I wasn’t happy for him to breath this in! God knows how this is for the poor birds and animals that couldn’t live away from it.
Another lady got locked in the toilet and no sign was put on the door afterwards to prevent a child or anyone else getting stuck in there.
The alligators are absolutely packed into the space and have no room to move as they should be able to.
I also felt that a lot of the creatures were mixed unfairly and some were able to access each others already limited spaces. Humans were not monitored by staff to ensure animals are not touched or handled inappropriately, which I witnessed a few times.
The dragon is in the saddest looking enclosure I have ever seen and seemed distressed!
Please do better and improve the lives of the animals in your care!
