Fraserburgh Golf Club的点评
点评：⭐ Fraserburgh Golf Club – Outstanding course, disappointing service
Played Fraserburgh yesterday and the course itself was superb. The condition was excellent, the greens were quirky and fun, and the wind made it a proper links challenge. The final stretch in particular felt three times as long in the conditions — exactly what you’d expect from a true coastal test.
Unfortunately, the off‑course experience didn’t match the quality of the layout.
Despite pre‑booking buggies due to injuries, we arrived to find they’d been sent out with earlier groups. The staff member in the clubhouse was dismissive and unhelpful, offering no solution and showing little interest in the fact we’d booked them for genuine reasons. His attitude was a real let‑down.
Credit to the barmaid, who was covering check‑ins, bar service, and food orders all at once. She was honest, helpful, and clearly doing her best under pressure — the only member of staff who seemed to care about the situation.
A petrol buggy was eventually found, but the fumes made two of our group feel ill, and I’m now in significant pain after having to walk the course in high winds — exactly what we booked buggies to avoid.
Fantastic course, but the organisation and customer service were nowhere near the standard expected. A real shame, because the golf itself was excellent.
