点评：The most positive comment I can make about this company is they paid for our tetanus injection at the end of the trip. We had a truly horrendous experience on the mangrove kayaking tour with the company which does appear not understand health and safety and has no plan when situations arise. About 10 minutes into the kayak tour we entered the tributary, almost straight away we were unable to paddle due to how narrow it was but the guide told us to just use the mangroves to pull ourselves along. After a short while doing this we became stuck. The guide got out and started dragging our kayak. By this time it was clear that the water was extremely low and becoming almost impossible to move. The guide appeared to be beginning to panic, not helped by the exertion of trying to drag us out and now his boat. I asked him what the plan was and should he call for help. He did not have a phone or other means of communication and asked us if we had a connection. By now the kayaks were sitting in mud. He asked me to blow the emergency whistle on my life jacket which I did but with no consequence. The only option now was to abandon the kayaks and walk through the mangrove back to the river. As we started, the guide set off and abandoned us (I am 59 my wife 56) to clamber over the mangrove, he was a good 50 metres in front and seemed to be looking after himself. He had trousers and boots while we were in wet shoes and shorts. After a truly horrendous 45 mins clambering through the mangrove we reached the river bank. Despite me almost continually blowing the whistle, there was no help forthcoming. The guide tried to flag down boats but the one that came would not take us as we were too dirty, covered in mud from the walk. Eventually a boat picked us up but would not help us into the boat and made us sit right at the front due to the mud. We were absolutely exhausted from the trek but I had to insist on them getting us water. This was an absolute nightmare of an experience. The company clearly did not have a health and safety or emergency plan; no communication, no first aid kit, no evacuation plan. The lack of understanding of the conditions and the lack of a safety plan are reasons to stay away from this company. I see lots of positive reviews but the company put us in harms way and while we got out it could have been worse with a bigger group or with younger children. We both sustained cuts and bruises which led us to be taken to a health clinic for the wounds to be dressed and to have a tetanus shot. I have not named the guide as he was young and put in a position by the company which he clearly could not handle at the end of the trip we had to comfort him as he was clearly shaken even though we ourselves were both both exhausted and shaken by the experience. I am not one for writing reviews but have felt the need to join Trip advisor and to let people know of our experience.
