Two TERRIBLE receptionists; one the stuff of NIGHTMARES!

点评：I tried to use the Triangle’s swimming pool which I’m permitted to do as a member of a sister “Places Leisure” club. And I shan’t be doing that again!
Engrossed in their own conversation at the front desk, the two receptionists clearly did not like their natter being interrupted, despite me waiting to come forward before they eventually looked up, in an annoyed way.
Neither greeted me; I just had to do that awkward thing where you just have start talking to both at once.
While one receptionist seemed well-meaning in her answer that ‘yes the pool is open for leisure swimming’ it was quickly shut down by her older, bolshy, aggressive-looking colleague who gave me an emphatic ‘no’ - that the pool wasn’t open to me.
I clarified that, as a member of a sister gym, I merely wanted to use the pool — only to be met with a severe, condescending shake of the head, plus daggers, in SILENCE.
And then, when I attempted again to explain, I got a VERY LOUD and 'just for dummies-esque' “NO....IT’S CL-OS-ED” (after being told seconds ago it was open by colleague one). Would love to see how this woman receptionist got the job! Or maybe not actually. AVOID.
