点评:We stayed at a resort within the gated community of Puerto Aventuras. We rented a golf cart for a day and drove around the area (almost rented a cart for a week which isn’t worth it if your staying at a resort but if you renting an air bnb it would be nice to have it for the entire stay) it was fun to see all the community drive around in the carts, even kids take them to school. Make sure you join FB pages to get better deals on rentals. Must do an evening drive to see all the fancy home lite up. The marina has dolphins and it’s neat to see all amazing boats, it really is another world. There’s a market a few times a week with some of the same things you see in the area. Don’t expect cheap pricing in this area. It’s touristy and full of some wealthy expats. Theres probably a lot more to the area we didn’t get to experience but we found the local “hidden” beach and we found an abandoned apartment which was creepy! Would feel pretty safe staying in an air bnb here instead of a resort next time.
