Toms Tavern的点评
点评：Hadn't visited Tom's Tavern for about ten years, until I called in on my way back from Aldi in October. It was early afternoon, and for a while I was the only customer – spent the afternoon chatting to Afro, who is a little ray of sunshine!
During the next two weeks, I also met her husband Julio, brother Peter and nephews Andre and Javi, who are also full of enthusiasm – the whole family is just so friendly and welcoming.
Drinks are reasonably priced, and the constant stream of tapas are a welcome bonus.
I missed the place when I came home – however, when I returned in December I was welcomed with open arms. It was as though I'd never been away – customers are treated as old friends, and the family are genuinely interested in their clients, not just putting on a show.
Highly recommended if you are in the area – once you've been, you will definitely return! If you're visiting on a bingo day (Wednesday and Sunday) make sure to get there early if you want a seat...
