Aquopolis Torrevieja的点评
点评：Extremely disappointing experience with Aquopolis Torrevieja, both because of what happened at the park and because of how I have been treated afterwards.
During our visit, my son became stuck on the slide after the ride was stopped. Despite this, other riders were subsequently released from the top of the slide and collided with my son (4 years old) and me. My son suffered bruising, leg injuries and multiple abrasions, while I suffered bruising and significant abrasions to my elbows.
Following the incident, I made a formal complaint and later followed up.
I gave them that time, but instead of receiving an explanation, solution or proper response, I was effectively ignored. Nothing was resolved. I received no meaningful answer to the issues I raised and no proposed solution.
I also specifically asked for the relevant CCTV footage to be preserved, along with any other records relating to the incident. Despite asking for confirmation of this, I have still not received a clear substantive response addressing my requests.
In addition, I found the waterpark itself to be unsafe and poorly maintained, with dirty facilities and visibly unclean water. Based on my experience, I would advise others to avoid it!!!
