斯皮诺拉湾的点评
点评：Malta is becoming overdeveloped and is just too busy to enjoy as a result. I counted 20 cranes from my hotel balcony. There was so much construction going on, either in building sites or on the roads. The traffic is dreadful; an 8km bus ride took me 75 minutes. The locals are starting to react to the continued development, traffic problems, increasing cost of local property etc. I have wanted to visit Malta for some time. I didn’t go to Gozo, which is advertised as the quiet island, and according to other holidaymakers who went there it is apparently overrun with hordes of tourists arriving by boat and/or ferry. Boat trips to Gozo and Malta’s other offshore attractions are advertised everywhere. The high spot was Valletta which although very busy had some interesting historical sites, good shopping and masses of restaurants and cafes. However, overall I was disappointed with my holiday and will not return.
