点评：Terrible excursions, to start at least 100 boats all set off in clouds of diesel smoke racing for the best coral spots, as we arrived the water had a film of oil and scum from the boats on the surface of the water. To be honest there was no better fish than you can see just off the beach, apart from the depth, nothing impressive at all. As for White Sands, what a joke as the tide was high and you had to swim a good 10 minute swim to get there, once you got there it was the smallest bit of sand ever with about 3000 people vying for space and pictures. As for the boat trip, well, we had about 45 minutes of actual snorkeling, so really you're just paying for a boat trip. The staff then aggressively ask for tips, which is a joke as they don't actually do anything. Don't even get me started on the Tirran Island trip as Tirran Island is a military base so you go nowhere near the island and just see the same as you see off the beach. Also be careful how much you pay as it can vary wildly, we payed 15 gbp each, whereas some people had payed up to 60gbp for the same trip. Overall a disappointing experience and one can see why the coral is being destroyed as they care very little about boat pollution and anchoring to the coral. My advice would be to invest in decent snorkel gear and explore the corals just off the beaches as it is better. Not recommended at all.
