点评：The Malcom Douglas Crocodile Park has so much potential, so it was disappointing that the high entrance cost gave us very little. The park and its showroom is rundown and very dated. The tour was very short, but the information was interesting and presented with enthusiasm, the downside was that it was very repetitive and the constant throwing of the ball to excite the crocodiles very dull. The enclosures are small with what we have seen elsewhere and the water quality poor where the crocodiles swim. Personal cleanliness in uniform and hair is very important when being a representative for this park. I thought the unshaven, oily/unclean hair and dirty uniform was very off putting, it looked like this guy hadn't had a shower for a long time. The guy showing the baby crocodile was very sick with some sort of chest infection or flu, his constant coughing made us walk away, in fear of catching something. The showroom has little to sell that is at low cost of variety of souvenirs that would appear to most people. Displays are not set up effectively, it just looks like stuff is everywhere thrown into a box on the floor or on a shelf. Consider re-making the video to today's standards that gives the history of Malcom Douglas and the park. What was showing on the TV, was old and boring and what we would expect to see in the 1980's not in 2026. If someone from this park went to visit Queenslands Crocodile Park, they might see how well they present their park and how they run their tours, it was 100% better when we went to Old, over ten years ago, I can only imagine how it would be today. It was a shock to see how poor this park was presented and run. We saw many people arrive and turn around once they saw the price for entry and spoke to a few people leaving. Make some changes! I don't recommend visiting until they make some improvements.
