点评：Save yourself €10 each as visiting the Emerald Grotto is simply not worth it. It’s a small cave that’s too strongly lit so takes away the atmospheric feel of the cave itself. You literally get into a very uncomfortable crammed wooden boat with a rower who from the outset to the end kept mentioning to give him money tips when getting off the boat, he must have mentioned it eight times in the very short time it took to just do one small circle of the cave. Everybody got off the boat saying that it was not worth the bother……and not one person gave him a tip! This guy (as in photo) needs to learn that the more one constantly goes on asking for tips from people which then makes an uncomfortable atmosphere then the less chance of people wanting to tip. Afterall, €10 each to just go around in a tight small circle is a underwhelming disappointment so why would anybody want to tip anyway.
So yourself a favour and skip this tourist trap.
