点评：We booked Avesta to provide a driver from our hotel to two sightseeing locations before returning us to the hotel. Their quote was much cheaper than other agencies, and the itinerary and price were agreed in writing via WhatsApp. A follow-up phone call only changed one detail—that lunch would no longer be included. We were clearly told the driver would take us from A to B, then C, and back to the hotel.
On the day, we were collected on time and paid the driver. However, after arriving at the first destination and beginning to sightsee, Avesta messaged us claiming the driver would only take us to one location because we hadn't booked a "private tour." This directly contradicted our written agreement, which we sent back to them. They insisted it was our misunderstanding, despite the evidence.
With three excited children and already 90 minutes from our hotel, we had little choice but to change our plans. The company refused to offer any meaningful solution or compromise, and our children missed out on visiting the second location they had been looking forward to.
The driver himself was good, but I cannot recommend Avesta. If a company is willing to agree a service in writing and then change it once you've already arrived at your destination, I wouldn't trust them with your booking.
