Absolutely stunning!
马丘比丘的点评
点评：What a destination! After years and years of seeing images of Machu Picchu and then to finally be there ourselves was incredible! Despite being there during rainy seasons we were fortunate enough that we just a little drizzle at the start before the weather cleared for glorious sunshine highlighting the citadel in all its glory.
It wasn’t crowded and we were able to move around easily as our very knowledgeable guide described all the areas we visited, what they would have been used for in the past and the relevance to the Inca civilisation.
The architecture / construction of the citadel is outstanding, the precision of each block, the shaping and way they are placed together is pretty much perfection.
Minibus rides up and down after arrive by Peru Rail were reasonable, bumpy as expected from the road conditions but we’ve experienced worse so didn’t mind, and the views on the way are lovely too.
For anyone thinking about making a trip to Machu Picchu, I can’t recommend it enough, it’s a wonderful and fascinating place.
