Car boot robbed in La Vallee car park at 8pm - 29/05/26

点评：The staff in the shops were generally very helpful and attentive. Myself, my husband and 2 children have just left La Vallee (8.30pm) after a pretty good day spent here but while walking back to our car we were being watched by a man of North African heritage who came to the boot of our car in the car park and helped himself to 2 of our shopping bags! We were in the car programming the sat nav to go to a place to have dinner together so we weren’t thinking we were going to get robbed! I ran out of the car as I saw the guy walking away with my bags and started to run after him screaming at him then he dropped the bags (luckily!) so I picked up my bags and we drove to security who was having a nice chat with someone and totally oblivious to what was happening. The Concierge lady didn’t care about what happened and neither did the security guard! Absolutely useless and the concierge lady looked as though she was smirking while I was raging! Not impressed! EVERYONE, YOU’VE BEEN WARNED TO LOCK YOUR CAR BOOTS AS SOON AS YOU DROP YOUR SHOPPING INTO YOUR CAR BOOT! Concierge won’t help you!
翻译：商店里的工作人员总体来说都很热情周到。我和丈夫带着两个孩子在拉瓦莱度过了愉快的一天，晚上8点半刚离开。但在返回停车场的路上，我们被一个北非裔男子盯上了。他走到我们车的后备箱，顺手拿走了我们两个购物袋！当时我们正在车里设置导航，准备去一家餐厅一起吃饭，所以根本没想到会被抢！我看到那人拿着我的袋子走开，就冲出车外追了上去，一边追一边冲他大喊。他把袋子扔在了地上（幸好！），我捡起袋子，开车去找保安。保安当时正和别人聊得热火朝天，对发生的一切浑然不觉。礼宾部的女士和保安都对这件事漠不关心！真是太没用了！礼宾部的女士在我愤怒的时候，看起来竟然还在一旁冷笑！真是令人失望！各位，请注意！把购物物品放进后备箱后，务必立即锁好！礼宾部不会帮忙的！
