September in Siam was incredible
暹罗公园的点评
点评：I visited Siam park on Tuesday 15th of September with my partner. I previously visited in 2013 when I was a child with my family and we got the fast passes because we hate queuing and I am neurodiverse. I knew that it would be a must to get one this time. Very kindly, we were gifted all inclusive by my parents.
I will say, for a weekday in September, it was much busier than I expected. Fast passes had sold out from the moment we arrived, so prebooking is a must.
We arrived at 9 and it was already busy, this gave us time to settle in before rides opened at 10. The weather was fantastic all day, likely due to the calima, but I never felt cold walking around covered in water.
We were given our all inclusive wristbands and complimentary towels on arrival and headed to the lockers where we were given a locker free of charge as part of the all inclusive. There was a separate pathway for all inclusive to walk up to avoid the crowds at the beginning.
Most rides had a small queue for fast pass/all inclusive guests. Some rides we got off and went straight back to the queue and got on instantly, some rides we had to queue for up to 20 minutes even as a VIP. This is understandable but can still be frustrating when you pay to bypass queues. I would probably say too many fast passes/VIPs are given out per day.
We got on most of the rides and even some of the less popular ones multiple times. The quietest time and best time to get on rides was later in the day.
The staff members were generally friendly and I felt very safe on all of the rides due to their diligence. Some members of staff really seemed to enjoy themselves and would play around with guests especially on the lazy river where they’d spin you or pretend they were going to flip you. This really added to the joy of the day.
A benefit of all inclusive was that we had unlimited access to most food and drinks throughout the day across the park. This meant that we didn’t have to worry about having anything with us to pay for food and drinks and could get water whenever we needed. The vegetable soup was especially tasty and the brand of canned water they use was very refreshing.
The wave pool was incredibly fun and although it was very busy, it didn’t feel too crowded.
I went in socks as I thought it would be sufficient, but I would highly recommend water shoes. They sell them at the park and my partner and I both purchased some after my feet were hurting from walking around the park. Once I bought the shoes, I was comfortable for the rest of the day. You can also bring in your own.
The water temperature of the rides was quite cold, but this was a nice way to cooldown and added to the thrill of the rides.
We returned to our lockers to apply suncream at multiple times throughout the day and would use longer queue times and food breaks to help the suncream settle, but despite this we still got slightly burnt on our shoulders and saw many others worse off. Make sure you don’t let the excitement stop you from continuously applying suncream and drinking water!
We didn’t go on the tower of power as it didn’t interest us, but we went on the majority of others. The only ride we couldn’t get on was Saifa. This is one of the newer rides (2023) so that likely explains its popularity. We tried to queue 3 times, but even the fast pass lane had 30 minute queues and we decided we’d rather wait less time to go on more rides. The one time we got relatively close to the top, people were turning around and coming down saying the water had been turned off. Don’t know if this was accurate or not, but we decided to go elsewhere.
My favourite ride was the dragon and it was incredibly thrilling. There was no boring ride, even the mai thai river had a fast and thrilling part. My partner enjoyed the Volcano and the lights inside were very cool. It’s noteworthy to mention that some rides had dark areas where you couldn’t see at all or were entirely dark. This added to the fun for us, but make sure you check beforehand. Everything was incredibly well signed across the park.
There were plenty of facilities for children and families, so I could imagine a day out would be fantastic without even needing to go on the thrill rides. It’s noteworthy to mention that most rides had a height restriction, so check beforehand.
This was the main reason we decided to visit Tenerife and although we were expecting an amazing day, Siam Park still managed to defy all expectations and give my partner and I one of the best days of our life and we now have memories that will last us forever.

我们玩到了大部分游乐设施，甚至一些不太受欢迎的项目也多次体验过。一天中人最少、最适合体验各种游乐项目的时间是傍晚。
工作人员普遍都很友善，由于他们的悉心照料，我在玩所有项目时都感到非常安全。有些工作人员似乎乐在其中，还会和游客们嬉戏互动，尤其是在漂流河区域——他们会转着游客转圈，或者假装要把人甩出去。这些互动着实为这一天增添了不少乐趣。全包服务的一个好处就是：我们在整个园区内可以随时随意享用各种食物和饮料。这意味着我们不必担心要自带钱款来购买食物和饮料，也能随时补充水分。那里的蔬菜汤特别美味，他们所用的瓶装水也清新爽口。
造浪池也极其有趣；虽然人很多，但并不会觉得拥挤。我原本只穿了袜子就进去了，觉得那样就足够了，但我强烈推荐大家穿涉水鞋。公园里有卖这种鞋的，我和我的伴侣在逛完公园后因为脚疼就各买了一双。买了鞋之后，我一整天都感觉很舒服。当然，你也可以自带鞋子进去。
游乐设施里的水温相当冷，不过这种凉意正好能让人降温，也增添了不少游玩的刺激感。我们回到储物柜处，在一天中多次涂抹防晒霜；还会利用排长队等候或用餐的间隙让防晒霜充分吸收。但即便如此，我们的肩膀还是有些晒伤，而且还看到很多人情况更糟。切记：可别因为兴奋而忘了持续涂抹防晒霜并补充水分哦！
我们没有去玩“力量塔”这个项目，因为它对我们没什么吸引力，不过其他大部分项目我们都体验过了。我们唯一没能体验到的项目就是Saifa。这是一个比较新的项目（2023年推出），这或许就是它如此受欢迎的原因。我们试着排了三次队，但就连快速通道也排着30分钟长的队伍。于是我们决定，与其花那么多时间等待，不如去玩其他项目。有一次我们好不容易排到了比较靠前的位置，却看到有人折返回来，说水已经停供了。不知道这个说法是否属实，但我们还是决定去别处游玩。我最喜欢的游乐项目是“龙之之旅”，真的刺激极了。没有一个项目是无聊的，就连“迈泰河”这个项目也有快速且惊险的环节。我的同伴则很喜欢“火山”这个项目，里面的灯光效果也超酷的。值得一提的是，有些游乐项目设有完全漆黑、伸手不见五指的区域。这对我们来说增添了不少乐趣，不过建议大家事先了解清楚。整个公园里的指示牌也都设置得非常好。那里有许多适合孩子和家庭的设施，因此即便不乘坐那些刺激的游乐项目，也能想象到这一天会过得非常愉快。值得一提的是，大多数游乐设施都有身高限制，所以事先务必确认一下。
这也是我们决定前往特内里费岛的主要原因；虽然我们本就期待能度过一个美妙的一天，暹罗公园依然不负众望，让我和我的伴侣度过了人生中最美好的时光之一，我们现在拥有了能铭记一辈子的珍贵回忆。
