I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the officers and crew of *Palau Sport* for giving us an exceptional and memorable dive cruise to Tubbataha from May 16 to 22. It was truly a remarkable experience made even more special by the professionalism, care, and dedication of your entire team.
I am especially impressed by the strong emphasis on safety demonstrated by John, Edwin, Abel, and Marwin. Their attentiveness and vigilance gave us a deep sense of security throughout the trip—they truly went above and beyond in looking after each of us. The thoughtful improvements on the chase boats, such as the addition of skid-proof rubber on the ladders and the installation of higher bars, were not only commendable but also clearly showed how much you prioritize both safety and guest comfort.
Each dive was carefully planned, and the crew’s consistent support—from assisting with our gear setup to warmly welcoming us back after every dive—made every moment seamless and enjoyable. The cabin crew also deserves special mention for their friendliness and gracious service, which made us feel at home throughout the journey.
Most especially, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to John Vallar for going the extra mile in a moment that meant everything to me. When I received the urgent news that my husband had been hospitalized, John acted swiftly and compassionately to bring me to shore as quickly as possible. Because of this, I was able to attend to my husband’s needs and spend precious final days with him—something I will forever be grateful for. That act of kindness and humanity goes far beyond service; it is something I will carry with me always.
To the officers and the entire crew of *Palau Sport*, thank you for everything—for your care, your professionalism, and your kindness. You made this journey unforgettable in more ways than one.
