点评:Collected my mother-in-law (a disabled badge holder) from the haven swimming pool. Parked on double yellow lines which as we now know, is where the train drops off. Unfortunately the driver displayed an incredibly rude attitude - shouting at us and tooting his horn. We moved and drove in a circle to the back of the train. He still seemed to be incredibly angry even though we were were out of his way. When explaining why we were there, he was abusive to my wife. He was quoting the Highway Code, presumably not realising the rules that are in place for those holding a disabled badge… when we explained the reasons, he did not alter his foul attitude and seems to feel it’s appropriate to behave like this to a disabled person, in full view of his customers, in a bid to try and insight them to show similarly foul behaviour towards us. He was saying that the disabled badges don’t apply on the haven site, as it’s private property. As if, Jackson’s are the owner of Haven… I think not. I imagine Haven would prefer interactions with their guests to professional and pleasant at all times, and might exercise a bit more understanding. Complaint logged with reception and now going to reflect this experience across whatever review sites I can find… if an aggressive response to this message is given, then you’ll have all the proof you need.
