Estes Park Trolleys的点评
点评：We hired Estes Park Trolleys for our wedding and were extremely disappointed with the experience, especially given the $2,000 price tag.
The trolley was contracted to make continuous loops between our two hotels and the venue from 2:15pm to 3:15pm. Despite this, several of our guests were outside ready for pickup at 3:00pm and were left behind. The trolley never came back for them, causing them to arrive late to our ceremony.
Communication leading up to the wedding was difficult. The company was unresponsive to emails and calls, and key details weren’t clearly confirmed until the last minute. This added a lot of stress to our planning process.
After the wedding, I reached out to express my concerns, and the owner responded with a rude and defensive email. Rather than apologizing or trying to understand our experience, he blamed us and our guests, despite the fact that they were ready and waiting during the contracted time window.
Weddings are stressful enough without having to deal with unreliable transportation and unprofessional customer service. I would not recommend this company to other couples looking for dependable service on their big day.
