点评:Unfortunately I have to add to the other concerns on here, should have listened to the reviews! Issues with booking, terrible customer service from the manager, disgusting changing areas with lockers which don’t work and filthy changing rooms, pool filthy with floating plasters and discarded wrist bands, no cleaning seen going on at all. Queues for slides ridiculous and upwards of 30 minutes- I appreciate it’s half term but limit the bookings so that those who do attend have some hope of a good experience. I complained on the day - no response. I complained after to the contact form and the response was shocking. No acknowledgement of half the things I complained about and basically accused me of having imagined these issues. The other reviews on here fully support everything I’ve said. We can all look forward to another generic response from AI on here as all the other reviews have had. Save your money - you’re paying a lot of money for a truly terrible experience.
