沙堡水上乐园的点评
点评：Great visit overall today...
We visited as a family of four, with two children that have disabilities. The accessibility was brilliant- almost faultless. We used the accessible poolside changing rooms, 'queue jump' wristbands for the pool floats, carers tickets, and the designated quiet room.
All of the accessibility services were great, and the staff were so accommodating and willing to help, which we've found every time we've visited.
We also found it to be so so much better that the music was turned off today, it made our experience so so much easier.
The only criticisms of our visit:
- one of the lifeguards (lifeguard 3) was falling asleep/asleep at some points. He didn't look as though he was capable of doing his job in that moment, and it just made us concerned in case someone was left drowning.
- some of the metal components holding the slides up were rusting very badly- you could see the rust dropping, and this could potentially be dangerous if people stood in the droppings etc?
(Just below the Master Blaster slide)
However, despite these small criticisms, we had a enjoyable visit and will definitely be returning. Thanks again!
