点评：I was very disappointed with my experience at CHUKKA in Jamaica. We purchased the excursion package for $165, expecting a full day of enjoyable activities, but it fell far short of what was advertised.
The horseback riding lasted only about 20 minutes, if that. The rafting experience was equally disappointing, lasting around 20 minutes, and we barely moved from the beach—only about 10 to 15 feet offshore. It was not the scenic rafting experience we expected.
The snorkeling excursion was another letdown. There was very little marine life to see, just a few small fish, making it feel like a waste of time.
What was even more frustrating was the additional entry fee. If you choose not to participate in the excursions and simply want to accompany your family, you’re charged $69 per person just to enter and sit while your children or family members participate. Charging that amount to do absolutely nothing is unreasonable.
To make matters worse, the customer service was poor throughout the visit. Overall, the experience did not provide good value for the money, and I left feeling that the entire attraction was overpriced and disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this excursion unless significant improvements are made to both the activities and the customer service.
