Rude waitress ruined the experience

点评：This was so disappointing! We’ve gone to the piano bar at Harrah’s at least 3 times in the past 10 years. Last night was the first time we regretted it.
It was crowded so we waited alongside a row to scooters and wheelchairs next to the railing outside the bar. An elderly couple looked ready to leave so I asked if we could take their spot. The old man grumbled but allowed us to sit down.
Within 2 minutes a very crabby older waitress approached us to said we couldn’t have an outside drink. My husband had a beer and I had a refillable daiquiri mug. I asked if we could put the drinks on the floor by our feet and not drink them and she said no. She clearly didn’t want us to be there. Her tone of voice and nonverbal communication was so mean, rude and dismissive. My husband and I just turned 50 years old. I was wearing a cute black dress. And we were I. A great mood.
We left and decided not to go back because the crabby waitress ruined our vibe.
Bottom line is the service is horrible and rude. This could have been handled way better. We would have happily discarded our drinks if we’d been allowed.
