Xian - action packed 2.5-day tour with Susan

点评：4 of us continued our 9-day trip. Xian was our 2nd stop. While Beijing is a political capital city, Xian was our archeological city. We covered every single agenda item that our itinerary specified, including an additional Great Silk Road show (1,872 RMB for the 4 of us) that was spectacular and cannot be skipped!
Susan was our guide, the van was a 9-seater for the 4 of us and Susan and the driver Shur (pronounced a guttural "sure"). All were so courteous and friendly. Susan was a seasoned guide, she was so courteous and professional, and downright friendly. we covered:
1. Transport from Xian Eastern House Boutique Hotel, a clean and beautiful 4-star, with a free washing machine and dryer (a must in this heat!)
2. Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum
3. Terracotta workshop where we all made our own little warriors out of the same clay
3. Lishan Park
4. Lunch at Muslim Quarter
5. Big Wild Goose Pagoda
6. Walk along the Ancient Wall
7. Small Wild Goose pagoda (including striking of the Bell)
8. Forest of Steele Museum
9. Ancient cultural Street of Shuyuanmen
8. Dropping off at the airport for travel to Zhangjiajia.
Susan was outstanding. Without her help and active assistance we would never have been able to cover all these places. We are active, fun-loving adults, and Susan helped make our stay a success.
