点评：We would like to leave a very special thank you to Nicole. Without a doubt, she has been the most dedicated, passionate, and genuinely kind person we have met during our trip to Greece.
We walked into the shop with the simple idea of buying a piece of cheese for my father, but instead we ended up enjoying a true masterclass on Greek cheeses. Nicole explained the differences between the varieties, let us taste cheeses with marjoram, truffle, younger and more aged cheeses, and told us about both their own production and cheeses made by local neighboring producers. Her knowledge and enthusiasm were incredible.
But what made the experience truly unforgettable was Nicole herself. The passion she has for her work and the way she shares it with her customers are something very special. She turned what could have been a simple purchase into one of the highlights of our trip.
Meeting people like Nicole is what makes travelling so memorable. Thank you for such a wonderful experience—we’ll never forget it.
